Gym opens at 7:30. Play begins at 8:00 Coaches Meeting by concession stand at 7:4 am to go over the ground rules for the day. It is not necessary for teams who have to travel to make it to this meeting if you are not scheduled to play at 8:00 am but please be there by 8:45. Please check with the site director when you do arrive for roster changes, etc.

USVBA RULES WILL APPLY

WARM-UP FORMAT DEFINITION:

10 minute warm-up applies to the first 2 matches of the pool play each day and the first matches of bracket play.
A 2-4-4 format will be used for the 10 minute warm up. The first two minutes will be for ball handling, followed by 4 minutes on the court for the serving team and then 4 minutes for the receiving team.
5 minute warm up applies to all other matches.
A 1-2-2 format will be used for the 5 minute warm up.

Format- Four (4) team pools. Pool play will be 2 of 3 games rally scoring to 25 points with a 27 point cap. If needed a 3rd game is 15 no cap.

All teams will advance to one of the following playoff divisions; Gold (1st in Pool), Silver (2nd in Pool), Bronze (3rd in Pool), Tin (4th in Pool)

Medal for 1st, 2nd place of Gold, Silver, Bronze and Tin Divisions.

Playoff bracket will be handed out at coaches meeting.

Medal for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place of both divisions

Make sure you check with the site director before leaving tournament.

Concessions and Tee Shirts will be on sale. Please remind your players and spectators. Thanks!

All teams will advance to one of the following playoff divisions; Gold (1st in Pool), Silver (2nd in Pool), Bronze (3rd in Pool), Tin (4th in Pool)

Medal for 1st, 2nd place of Gold, Silver, Bronze and Tin Divisions.

Playoff will begin after pool is completed.

*Travel * A very limited number of teams will travel between sites at the conclusion of pool play.

All teams required to travel for their playoff brackets MUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE NEXT SITE!

A playoff match is two out of three games to 25 pt., no cap. If a deciding game is needed it will be 15-point rally scoring. Team will switch at 8 and no cap.

Make sure you check with the site director before leaving tournament.

Concessions will be on sale.
